Are you struggling to deal with the aftermath of trauma or a car accident? Symptoms like flashbacks, feeling very jumpy or anxious, intrusive recollections of the event, feeling like you are frequently reliving the trauma, or recurrent distressing dreams of the trauma can linger for years afterwards without help. I use EMDR to treat PTSD symptoms safely and effectively. I am confident in my ability to help you feel heard, supported and challenged to make changes in your life.
I also work with women who have had an abortion. The experience of having an abortion raises a multitude of conflicting emotions. Fear, anger, shame, loneliness, These can arise weeks, years, even decades later. Healing is possible. Call me if you need help coping with these feelings. I can help you ultimately feel whole again.
Is your child moody, angry or easily frustrated? Do you sense these problems are masking excessive worry, anxiety or depression? Kids today often need assistance developing skills to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. I can help your child develop a greater expression of happiness and hopefulness.
