I help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance/alcohol use disorders to find purpose and confidence living life on purpose. During your first visit, I will gather background information about you and your concerns, provide a clear understanding of the counseling process, and give you strategies to provide immediate relief.
