I work with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, work stress, women's issues, and other emotion self-regulation challenges. I have a passion for helping individuals with binge eating and other emotional eating challenges and have helped dozens improve their relationship with food.
My approach is a strengths-based, person-centered approach. I collaborative with each individual to identify areas of concern and work together to better their lives and ease psychological symptoms using evidence-based treatment interventions.
I am excited to announce I have expanded my private practice to include integrative health coaching to individuals who do not feel they need Psychotherapy but would still like to work towards attaining their optimal health through a guided step by step health plan utilizing support and accountability to do so.
