I am a licensed community-based clinical social worker with advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I received my masters from Stony Brook University and work with children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience and clinical training in CBT, DBT, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, loss, and personality disorders. I focus on helping improve emotion regulation difficulties, interpersonal problems and behavioral dysregulation.

In my work, I focus on developing a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and collaboration. I consider my approach to be warm and non-judgmental, focusing on self-exploration and discovery in order to aid my clients in reaching their goals, improving their lives, and feeling empowered.
I believe therapy is a place where you learn more about yourself, develop the skills you need to work through your issues and create the life you want to live. I look forward to helping you along your journey through genuine compassion and humor. Overall, I believe therapy is a conduit for lasting change for all.
