My preference is to work with adults and couples, and to meet them where they are emotionally. From there we explore what their struggles are in their daily lives, the pain that brings them into my office, and typically use insight and a focus on their past conflicts and hurts to bring peace and resolution into their present lives.
My best work is with people who are depressed, anxious, and struggling with relationship and sexual issues, family conflict, and career/life goals.
I have a very natural and non-judgmental style. I am comfortable using humor in my work and establishing warm rapport to help people feel safe enough to begin working on their challenges.
