I have been married since 1991 and have 3 grown kids. I am a musician, love coffee dates and being outside. By nature, I am calming and relational, allowing my clients to feel like you can share your true selves and difficult feelings with me. I don’t rush the process, I work at your pace. Taking my time to engage with my clients builds a trusted rapport.
I am passionate about supporting and helping my clients in healing through difficult times and periods of feeling stuck. This process group is designed for individuals who want to explore who they truly are and begin living more authentically. Many people find themselves shaped by expectations, past experiences, family roles, or survival patterns that have caused them to lose connection with their true voice and identity.This group provides a safe and supportive environment to begin reconnecting with your authentic self. Through guided discussions and shared experiences, group members will explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck; such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, shame, fear of rejection, or difficulty expressing needs and boundaries.
