Psychotherapy Groups

I run psychotherapy groups on various issues including interpersonal skills, trauma, and self esteem. Group is an excellent adjunct to ongoing individual therapy, offering the client and therapist an "in vivo" experience in the particular interpersonal struggles the client is having. Clients who enter into the group process often move through obstacles more quickly than with individual therapy alone, enjoying deeper satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and with others. For this reason, I love facilitating the group process and often recommend group to appropriate clients.
