Helping clients find freedom is my speciality. I work with motivated clients who have experienced relationship trauma and adult life disappointments and setbacks. Many of my clients are the first in their families to seek therapy. And many of my clients are outwardly successful, but suffering on the inside. Together, we get curious about the pain and the obstacels, so you can meet — or regain — your sense of Self. Clarity, confidence, courage, authenticity and self compassion — these are your birthright. I love working with clients and seeing them move forward into freedom.

I specialize in evidence-based therapy modalities that address relational trauma and guide clients in living fully and authentically. These include Internal Family Systems (Level 2 trained), Gottman for couples work, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (Dr. Brené Brown’s methodology).

I run psychotherapy groups on various issues including interpersonal skills, trauma, and self esteem. Group is an excellent adjunct to ongoing individual therapy, offering the client and therapist an "in vivo" experience in the particular interpersonal struggles the client is having. Clients who enter into the group process often move through obstacles more quickly than with individual therapy alone, enjoying deeper satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and with others. For this reason, I love facilitating the group process and often recommend group to appropriate clients.
