My life's passion is helping people to heal. Healing comes in many forms including emotional, spiritual, relational, and physical. My style is a heart centered/spiritual approach that helps guide people to their answers. Heart centered counseling is an effective and compassionate way of being with you. It helps you be able to speak from the heart, truly be yourself and discover the beauty, strength, and wholeness that you already hold inside of you. Together we can build a strong, safe, nurturing relationship that promotes healing and well being.
When working with children, I help each child feel that they are inherently worthy of love, respect, and nurturing. I also help each child feel safe by providing them with a loving environment. Because of this, they are able to express feelings and work through their struggles during play, resulting in healing.
I have specialties in grief counseling, empowerment training, and EFT. I provide a nurturing environment of support through out the grief process. I offer empowerment training to help those ready to release patterns of codependency and live the life they want. I use Emotional Freedom Technique to get relief from anxiety, depression, trauma & more.
