I utilize a variety of modalities depending on what is best for you, and your individual circumstances. My approach includes traditional and non-traditional styles of therapy (CBT, DBT, internal family systems, inner child healing, mindfulness, somatic therapy, breathwork, Tapping/EFT and energy work).
