Welcome! I am happy you are here taking the first courageous step towards seeking support. Finding a therapist with whom you can build a meaningful relationship is an integral part of the process. My goal at A Healing Heart Therapy is to help individuals and families heal, become aware of their inner strengths and improve communication and connection. I offer a compassionate, safe space to share your story, heal from pain, grow from struggles and to create positive change in your life. While I specialize in children and adolescents, I also enjoy working with adults.
I am a Master's level clinician with a Post-Master's Certificate in Counseling Children and Adolescents. As a mother of three adopted children, I specialize in adoption and attachment, but my other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, coparenting, self-esteem, trauma and abuse.
