Embrace Your Change LLC helps adolescents and adults struggling with Substance Use. I have a calm demeanor and I am very empathetic. I have always been passionate about assisting people with addiction and their family members but I have also served many experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, marital issues, stress, OCD, and life transitions. I can work with teens, couples, and families. I will address your goals and help encourage you to see your blind spots and move forward. Due to my life experiences, I am able to connect on many levels and use my intuition and skills to help you make change and find solutions.
I will be engaged in your process to help you address your difficulties and attain your goals, using your strengths. I love helping others in their personal development and I am also a certified health coach and will encourage you to holistic wellness - mind, body, and spirit. I can also assist with weight loss and help you improve your physical health.
I am also qualified to perform Substance Abuse Professional responsibilities for employees who have a DOT drug/alcohol violation. I can provide the initial and follow-up evaluations, make recommendations, and update the Clearinghouse. I have more than six years experience as a SAP and have an international credential to work with clients from any state.
