Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Clinical Supervisor, and owner of Storybook Counseling. I empower women in their journey of self discovery and healing. I specialize in helping women and teen girls who feel held back by anxiety, low self-esteem, mood swings, procrastination, obsessions/compulsions and self doubt.
Life transitions can be difficult and as women we experience a multitude of these changes. These difficulties can appear in early adolescence, during pregnancy and motherhood, in the work force, or through health challenges.
