In my practice with clients, I try to create an environment of compassion and acceptance in which the client feels safe and supported to do their own self-exploration and healing. My approach is to be respectful and mindful and adapt to the unique needs of each person I work with.
My specialty areas are addiction, codependency, grief and trauma work, depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD. I work primarily with adults, either individually or with couples. I utilize several modalities in treatment including psychotherapy, cbt, mindfulness, strengths based, family systems, and motivational interviewing.
I consider my style to be soft, supportive and empathetic. My goal is to assist the client in meeting their individual life goals as well as empowering them to face life’s challenges with confidence and assuredness.
