Greetings from Redlands California! My name is Lisa Tucker and I am a Narrative therapist with experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and am a Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapist. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and relationship distress. I have some experience working with the challenges of ADHD in adults, as well.
I take a Narrative approach to therapy, noticing the strengths my clients possess to create a new story of wellness. I typically work with adults who struggle in relationships, and challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or ADHD.
My career as a therapist began as an art instructor. I noticed that as my students made their work they would share their personal lives and challenges.
