I am accepting individual clients! There is no wrong way to begin the therapeutic process, but it usually starts with. a question or two. Why is this happening again and again? Why do I make these choices? How do I change? My role as a therapist is to help you face these questions and use the strengths you have to begin the healing process. This may include revisiting the past, finding mindfulness in the present and looking forward to a better future. I am an affirming CNM and kink practitioner. I am a couples therapist and have completed the first level of the Gottman Method couples therapy.
I have been a hospice social worker for 7 years and bring the skills I developed there to my therapy sessions. I specialize in working with couples, as well as individuals in the LGBTQ2SAI community. I have learned how to manage uncomfortable situations and help guide people through them.
