I have over 15 years of therapy experience, specializing in a variety of expertise including but not limited to: trauma, relationship issues, crisis interventions, anxiety, depression, coping mechanisms and many more.
I utilized goal oriented, solution-focused interventions in my therapy work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches and Evidence-Based Therapy Solutions.
