I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts with over 20 years of experience partnering with people who are seeking help with issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, trauma, stress management, anger management, and grief and loss. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling from Boston College.
In sessions, I utilize strengths-based and person-centered approaches to therapy, offering everyone the sensitivity and respect they deserve. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral (CBT), humanistic, Rogerian, motivational interviewing, person-centered, solutions-focused (SFBT), strength-based, and trauma-focused methodologies to assist my clients.
