I have spent my career treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transition/relationship challenges. Aside from counseling, I give community lectures on mental health and relationships and provide supervision to aspiring social workers.
I have two decades of experience as a therapist and over 25 years experience in the field of social work. I have intervened in the most difficult cases involving clients of all ages as a forensic expert witness, child protection worker, & health care social worker, and have taught many of the evidence based interventions I employ at the master's level (UW).
