The people I work with are often thoughtful, capable, and doing okay on the outside—but inside, they’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or just plain worn out. Many feel shame in their parenting or disconnected from their partner. They’re tired of the same arguments, overwhelmed with responsibilities, or noticing that old patterns keep showing up in relationships.
The clients I work with are not looking for a quick fix—they want real change, deeper connection, and a better understanding of why they are the way they are. They want to feel more like themselves again—and they’re ready for support that feels helpful, honest, and human.
I work with individuals, parents, and couples. I mix psychoeducation, humor, and real talk to help people understand their patterns and build stronger connections. Therapy with me is flexible—sometimes we walk, get creative, or just go right into a deep talk. My dog Lizzy, offers animal-assisted intervention and is a grounding energy in the room with us.
