My goal is to fully integrated the whole person, building on the strengths and values you possess whether you are working life transitions, depression, health related, relationship or parenting issues. I enjoy collaborating with clients while helping them gain insight into their own process to help them reach a place of balance and harmony in their life.
I work with teens and adults on navigating stress, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship turmoil, empowerment, anxiety, and personal development. My view is through a trauma informed lens incorporating mindfulness, somatic, and attachment focused EMDR.
