I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of 360 Counseling & Wellness Center in Princeton, New Jersey, with over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. I believe that real change happens when you feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood. In our work together, we will focus not just on managing symptoms, but on understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life
Before opening my private practice in Princeton, I worked for many years in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. This background allows me to bring a steady, experienced, and grounded approach to therapy, and to support clients with a wide range of emotional and life concerns.
It is my privilege to work with individuals (starting at the age of 6 years old), couples and families. I offer evening appointments for your convenience. I am conveniently located off Rt. 1 in Princeton with free parking and handicap access.

Social Wellness Group for Young Men
New Group starting in January 2026--Young Men's Group (20-24) is a welcoming, professional therapeutic meet-up designed to help young men navigate life transitions, strengthen confidence, build self-esteem, and develop meaningful social connections. Group focuses on: Adjusting to life changes or new responsibilities; Wanting to feel more confident in social or interpersonal settings; Hoping to build supportive friendships; Looking for a safe space to discuss challenges and growth; and interested in improving communication and connection.
