I pull from approaches like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (focusing on what’s in your control), Internal Family Systems (connecting with different parts of you), and psychodynamic work (exploring early experiences). I also bring curiosity and flexibility. If something isn’t working, let's shift and find what fits you best, as a team!
