I have a decade of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals from various backgrounds and trying to heal from trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy and often utilize trauma-focused modalities. I also offer trauma-focused equine-assisted therapy services, which further provides an experiential and connection-based approach to the healing process.

I have a passion for creating an emotionally safe and empowering space for clients to explore and release pain within their mind and body that we often carry with us.
