About

My role as a counselor is to develop a client relationship that is collaborative with nonjudgmental, empathetic, and culturally responsive support. I believe that individuals grow and change when they find it safe to develop their authentic self. The counseling relationship provides a trusted and secure climate to share thoughts and feelings in confidence. Counseling works best when you and your counselor develop a good working relationship, based on mutual trust, honesty, and respect. Together we will identify appropriate counseling goals and strengths already sourced within you.
I provide support tailored to your needs from a trauma-informed, somatic emphasis approach for holistic well-being. I can assist you on your journey to healing and nourishing the most significant relationship you will have - with yourself. Whatever struggles you are facing, therapy is a courageous step to grow.
You are the expert of your experience and I am here to hold space for you. Please email me for further communication.
