I have advanced training in testing for ADHD/ADD and learning disabilities, and I provide school consultation for students seeking accommodations and support. As a therapist, I specialize in evidence-based strategies to support organizational skills, time management, behavior management, emotion regulation, and reduction of anxiety and stress.
Being a parent can be hard (and as a parent, I get it!). Struggles with ADHD, difficult emotions, or just general life stress can be hard for kids, teens, and adults alike!
