I would love to walk alongside you as you seek to make a better life for yourself. I have helped hundreds of clients heal from even the worst of life's experiences. I work with adults who have experienced trauma in their past and/or are currently feeling depressed, anxious or have addictions. Often, they blame themselves for things they had no control over, which causes them to believe things about themselves like, “I am worthless” or “I am not worthy of love.” This isn’t true. It is a joy to see my clients come to realize their own value and to make life choices that move them toward health, hope and a happier future.

I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and trained domestic violence advocate. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sandplay therapy which are gentle methods for treating trauma. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which helps with emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.

You are not alone, crazy or worthless and you don't have to remain in your pain. Together we can find ways to make your life more fulfilling. I am Christian-educated if you would like include spirituality in your counseling.
