I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and trained domestic violence advocate. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sandplay therapy which are gentle methods for treating trauma. I am also receiving training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which helps with emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
