Women’s Trauma Survivor Group

This group is intended for women of any age who have experienced interpersonal violence in their lifetime. The group will provide psychoeducation, coping and grounding skills, and comradery for members. The group is designed to facilitate growth and exploration and to empower women with skills and mantras that reinforce their worth and value. This group is open enrollment and cost is $35/group.

Parenting Skills Group

This group is designed for parents who have school aged children. Group is designed to address strategies to improve listening, compliance and general misbehaviors. Parents of children with ADHD, Autism, behavior problems and emotional struggles are all excellent candidates for this group. Group is provided via telehealth and is open to single parents or couples at a cost of $35/session.
