I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy for a diverse population. My work has involved counseling survivors of domestic violence, those struggling with substance abuse, adults with relationship issues, and individuals coping with grief or childhood trauma, along with other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

To provide the best care possible, I adapt my therapeutic approach to best fit the needs of my clients. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness practices.
