A specialized approach addressing the unique needs of self-employed artists, writers, athletes, academics, consultants, entrepreneurs and other freelancers. Help for those in the early stages of self-employ, who are seeking support in structuring their time and feeling "legit" doing a new kind of work; or the experienced freelancer who never quite developed the structure and confidence they need to support a thriving professional life. Integrate your talents with a more professional and business-minded way of managing projects and productivity. Obtain support in focusing effectively on becoming more confident and organized. Enjoy increased creativity, professional credibility and work satisfaction. Sliding fees available.
Next Life Phase ~ Clarity & Empowerment.
Times of transition are exciting and challenging. Starting something new, moving through inflection points in relationships, education and career are all important processes everyone hopes will go smoothly and naturally - but sometimes they can feel rocky. Even good changes or subtle shifts can feel unsettling, especially for highly sensitive people. If social, academic or career issues are making it hard to feel confident and supported in working towards your goals, therapy can be a great tool to help figure out "how it all works" and get support in developing patience and progress towards deepening clarity and commitment to your goals.
Let go of early life pain ~ Enable new experience.
Small group therapy series especially designed for people also working hard in individual psychotherapy. Group focuses on developing clarity, support and motivation for doing this challenging and sometimes painful work. Deepen psychotherapy work on 1) integrating early life losses and hurts, 2) practicing new ways of seeing self and others, and 3) developing healthier behavior patterns in relationships. Complementing individual therapy with a short-term weekly group can provide a new level of perspective and accountability. Group meets weekly for a 12 weekly session cycle.
