My practice includes individual adults, couples, families and adolescents. I welcome people of all backgrounds who are working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and healing from loss, among other areas. I walk with my clients on their journey toward a more present and meaningful life. Sometimes this deep work may reveal some unresolved issues of trauma and grief. My therapy work with teens focuses on teaching coping skills and helping them discover their strengths and power so they can strengthen their connection to themselves and their choices.
I use an approach that is grounding and safe for my clients where they not only feel they can be fully heard but also be gently challenged to understand their issues, patterns, and themselves more deeply. I believe we all have the capacity for greater peace and balance in our lives and find great meaning in supporting my clients on their journey.
