These can be stressful and isolating times. I am here to listen and help you to experience more joy, less anxiety and depression. I specialize in grief counseling. Grief is inherent in many life transitions; such as divorce, retirement, empty nest, job loss and the loss of a loved one (human or pet). If you are experiencing conflict in your relationship, I can help you as well. Please reach out.
I use a strength-based model. My specialty is grief and loss. I am compassionate, warm and non-judgmental, with over 30 years of experience; including, but not limited to, the areas of child abuse, child custody mediation, divorce, domestic violence, palliative care and hospice.
I provide a safe, accepting place for you to process your feelings. I work with you, where you are right in this moment, without judgment; to help you navigate the path to feeling whole and well, with a non-threatening, gentle approach.
