Our typical treatment plan involves helping people first learn and understand why they have been engaging in certain repetitive behaviors. We then work together toward developing strategies for how to manage unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our clients typically report relief after only a few sessions and continue treatment as needed based on their goals.
