I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. Together we will identify the patterns driving your emotions, thoughts and relationships, and work toward shifting them in ways that bring more balance and connection. I adapt evidence-based methods, blending insight with coping skills, communication tools and strategies you can use in daily life.
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as family therapy focused on improving communication and reducing conflict. Please note: I do not provide couples or marital therapy.
