About
My ideal client is you - you who are seeking therapy in order to work on or change something or you who are feeling misunderstood or disconnected with others or the world around you. This may be due to trauma, anxiety, or depression or maybe something that you have a different word for - or don't know the word for it. I can help. We can create goals together to work on as a team in order to make the changes you want.
I tend to look for early or previous experiences that might be influencing your life now. Understanding the experiences that have led to our reactions can help us recognize those responses more, leading us to better be able to change them. Some of my approaches look at the thoughts you have about a situation and work to help reframe unhelpful beliefs.
If you don't like the way you feel, you don't have to continue that way. Therapy can help. You were brave enough to start this search for a therapist. Contact me today to take the next step.
