My approach is client-centered and eclectic, drawing from cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, stress management, relaxation strategies, art therapy, and Gestalt methods. I believe in meeting clients where they are, with flexibility, creativity, and compassion.
In our first sessions, we’ll explore your current challenges, clarify goals, and, if needed, establish a diagnosis for insurance purposes. I bring not only years of professional experience across diverse settings, but also a sense of humor and warmth to help therapy feel both meaningful and comfortable.
