I work with adults navigating addiction and/or trauma recovery, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory, helping clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns in relationships, emotions, and the nervous system.

I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, and parts-based approaches to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change. Therapy is collaborative, and I tailor treatment to each client’s unique history, goals, and pace.

In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained in Reiki and offer trauma-informed energy healing as a separate, non-clinical service.
