Codependency leads to loss of one's voice and unrealistic expectations that blur confidence. Have you endured mental, spiritual/church hurt, or physical abuse? Do you feel misunderstood and unheard? I get it! I am an ally of all people: LGBTQIA, straight, and all ethnic backgrounds.

I view life's challenges through a trauma lens. Trauma: a one-time event, or long-time betrayal, or repetitive psychological, physical, religious abuse, or neglect, often by people we trust the most. Are you frozen by anxiety, need to control, or loss of your voice in unhealthy relationships or jobs? I listen with compassion. As we heal, we find our voice.
