This approach looks at what the body holds and meaning made which causes the undesired/reactive behaviors (toward yourself or others). This approach is helpful to the space inside you as well as between you and your closest relationships. I work with with adolescents, adults and couples.

Groups
Middle School Girls Group (7th-8th Grade)
For 7th and 8th grade gals navigating some big emotions and figuring out self worth. This 5-week process group with my co-facilitator, Savannah (HS Senior), begins June 11th and focuses on self worth, navigating emotions, communication, and friendship with freedom to explore faith. We will be doing directed activities, some teaching and much discussion during our time together each week. You must be able to attend 4 out of the 5 groups to attend.
