I help women manage anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, specializing in equine-assisted and EMDR therapy. I am passionate about integrating neuropsychology with faith for Christian clients. I believe that an in-person intensive is ideal for deep work, yet weekly and/or virtual sessions can be very effective.
As one who has emerged from a legacy of abuse and dysfunction to find healing and emotional freedom on the other side, I believe in this process.
