I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered approaches to meet you where you are. Together, we will focus on building practical coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
