Grow is a group of warm, compassionate and conscientious therapists who offer offer individual, family and couples therapy, coaching and support for ages 12 and up. We work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties with general life transitions, parenting, infidelity, marriage, intimacy, adolescence, grief and loss, general life fulfillment, stress and overwhelm, trauma, forgiveness, shame, vulnerability, and much more. Our therapists specialize in Gottman Levels 1 and 2 training as well as Brené Brown's "The Daring Way(tm)"​ and "Rising Strong(tm)"​ groups, EMDR, Tapping, HMR, and more.

Rising Strong(tm)
Based on work and research of Brené Brown, Ph.D., and her book Rising Strong, this group explores the art of storytelling. We're hard-wired for connection, understanding and story as our brain is always on the move to make sense of the world around us. Sometimes the story we create is accurate, other times, it can take us pretty far from the loving connection we so desperately want. Join us as we break down what it means to be vulnerable and make mistakes; what happens when we fall, how to reckon with the emotion afterward and move forward.
