Mrs. Thompson joins our experienced clinical team at Southern Behavioral Medicine. Lisa provides in-person and telehealth appointments. She treats individuals across the lifespan, from early teens to geriatric/senior clients. Her goal is to help you understand the problems you are having, what is causing or contributing to them, and help you find answers that will reduce their impact on your life. Mrs. Thompson treats several different types of disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, and serious mental illness. She brings a diverse background of working in community and hospital settings.
Mrs. Thompson works in a multispecialty mental health clinic that takes an evidence-based approach to mental health problems. This means we use treatments that are demonstrated to work with clients, and we have had much success in our 12 years of practice! We provide testing, assessment and experience in diagnosing and treating mental health issues.
Mrs. Thompson would enjoy the opportunity to help you improve your life. Lisa uses a variety of approaches to manage and reduce mental health symptoms. She treats ages 14 to 84.
