About
Time to make a change? I am here to help. I practice Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on teaching coping skills and solving problems, and has been demonstrated by research to be highly effective in producing results. My specialties are anxiety, OCD, and depression, but I have experience successfully treating most problems. In addition to teaching how to resolve and manage problems, I focus on improving overall quality of life by increasing happiness and meaningfulness. I work with all ages - children, adolescents, adults, and families. I love my work and I am very dedicated to seeing my clients improve!
I have been awarded Diplomate status from the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, an organization that sets the standard for the practice of CBT. CBT is very cost-effective as it is designed to be a short-term treatment. The average number of sessions are 12-16, depending on the problem.
I am passionate about providing the best possible evidence-based treatments for my clients. I infuse my optimism and energy into every aspect of therapy and I find the process very rewarding. I love watching my clients grow, regain hope and lead more fulfilling lives as a result of therapy!
