Trauma can profoundly impact our lives and may lead us feeling broken or damaged. We might feel disconnected from ourselves and others, making trust and purpose hard to find after a loss or traumatic event. Our bodies and minds are responding as they are designed to—sometimes too well. I’d love to work with you to recalibrate these responses, helping you experience more joy, fulfillment, and feel more equipped to handle life's challenges—or just feel a little less crappy. We are not broken, we are healing and whole. My specialties include, trauma recovery, codependency, emotional sobriety, divorce recovery, and life transitions.
Using the triphasic model of recovery, I provide a compassionate approach to healing. Together, we will focus on building safety and resilience, exploring and processing painful experiences, and creating a life with meaning and purpose. I use a common factors approach, primarily integrating AEDP, IFS, somatic, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and psychodrama.
This is a big step. I'm honored you are considering me to walk alongside you on your healing path in gaining a greater sense of confidence, joy, and personal freedom. I offer individual therapy for 16+ yo. Insurances accepted: Cigna, Aetna, BC/BS, CCHA, CO Access, Beacon, Anthem, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, Optum, United, Triwest (VA CCN), and Private Pay.
