I support families, couples, and individuals. Whatever the problem, challenge, trauma or pain, the power to change exists within you and your family. I believe that an effective therapist's job is to support a "shift," not to create it for you. Together, we can make progress toward your goals and desires. I am also trained and certified in hypnotherapy.
If your relationship needs rehabilitation I can provide a safe and balanced environment to communicate more effectively with ideas and tools for solutions. I help families to support better communication techniques to navigate challenges, phases, and life cycle transitions. For individual sessions, I combine hypnosis, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.
Everyone has a unique way of communicating and processing information. Therefore, as a therapist I believe that it is important to stay flexible, respectful, and open to what empowers the unit of treatment (individual, couple, or family.) My goal is to bring hope to help change "the problem story" into your "preferred life story."
