I have experience working in varied settings including community mental health center's, hospital/ER settings, Portland DBT Institute, Inc and private practice.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma / PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, family dynamics and life transition. I facilitate helping one find their path and voice. My treatment approach is to facilitate making deeper and lasting shifts in the nervous system, mind, and body to increase healthy well-being.
