About

Accepting new virtual clients! Your experiences and story are unique. I recognize the courage it takes to meet with a counselor. I am here to provide a safe and supportive environment for you or your teenager to explore challenges and to strengthen coping strategies. As a multi-racial woman, I provide an environment that honors the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of all. I am also a LGBTQ+ ally.
I have +15 years of experience counseling individuals and families. My work is grounded in methods of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapies. I utilize creative arts therapy and a mindfulness approach. We will work together to focus on you or your child’s well-being in an open and holistic way.
I love being a counselor because I want people to feel accepted, heard, and supported. I am a Fort Worth native as well as a TCU alum and adjunct professor. My dog, Behr, is a retired Registered Therapy Dog. He is happy to join our sessions if you would like!
