I specialize in healing attachment wounds, trauma, mood disorders, and addiction. With 15 years of experience, I focus on healing the core self: mind, body, emotions, spirit. I provide an individualized approach using evidence-based methods such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Polyvagal Informed Therapy.
